Product warranty
Each NEW or USED product sold by Reflexmania to a "consumer" buyer is supported by the legal guarantee on consumer goods, which covers defects of conformity which occur within 2 years from the delivery date of the goods.

The legal guarantee protects the property from its lack of conformity with respect to the sales contract.

The products sold by ReflexMania to a buyer who is not a "consumer" but a "professional" are not supported by the legal guarantee of conformity, but only by the commercial guarantee of the producer, or of the third party, if any.

To exercise your warranty and assistance rights, we recommend that you keep a copy of the purchase receipt for the products.


Pricing and Availability
Information on the availability of the products we sell are listed on the site, as well as on the presentation page of each product. In addition to the information provided on this page or elsewhere on the site, we are unable to give more precise indications regarding the availability of the products. Please consider that the estimated delivery and delivery times of the products are purely indicative and it is not possible to rely on them completely. Once we have received your order, we will notify you by e-mail or by posting a notice in the Communication Center of the site if some of the products you have ordered are not available.

Despite all our efforts, we cannot exclude that for a small part of the products in our catalog, a price different from the actual one is indicated by mistake. In any case, we will check the correctness of the prices of the products during the process of verifying the order and subsequent shipment of the products. If, due to errors or other inconveniences, the price indicated on the site should be lower than the correct sale price of a product, we will contact you to check if you also wish to purchase the product at the correct price. Otherwise your order cannot be accepted. If the correct price of a product is lower than that indicated on the site, we will charge you only the lower correct price and we will send you the product anyway.

In case of exchange, the valuations are temporary and vary according to market conditions and the presence of similar material in the warehouse. The agreed amounts are valid for 72 hours. After this deadline it will be necessary to request a new evaluation to verify that the amount has not changed.


Warranty Policy and Return Policy
ReflexMania is always attentive to the needs and expectations of its customers.
For this reason, if you have second thoughts about the purchase, you can decide to return the product to us without having to provide any reason and without any penalty by obtaining a refund of the expenses incurred.

If the buyer is a consumer as defined by art. 3, paragraph 1 lett. A) Legislative Decree n. 206/2005 ("natural person acting for purposes unrelated to any business, commercial, artisanal or professional activity that may be carried out") he may exercise the rights referred to in the aforementioned legislation and in particular the right of withdrawal, without any penalty and without specifying the reason. This withdrawal can be exercised within a period of 14 days from the day on which the consumer or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by the consumer, acquires physical possession of the goods.

The customer therefore has the right to return the goods within 14 days of receipt provided that the right of withdrawal is communicated in advance by registered mail or email. The goods to be returned must be sent to the following address:

The right of withdrawal is reserved to the consumer as defined above and therefore cannot be validly exercised if the buyer is a VAT subject and the purchase is made on a company basis with VAT number. The product must be returned in perfect condition, products that show signs of damage, wear or dirt that have not already been defined in the product data sheet at the time of sale will not be accepted. The product (s) in must be returned intact, in a normal state of conservation, packed in the original and complete packaging of each accessory, the instruction manuals and everything originally contained in the envelope.

Once the customer has sighted his willingness to take advantage of the right of withdrawal, he must return the goods within 10 days of communication, under penalty of forfeiture of the same.


The refund will be made within 14 days from the date of return of the product to its headquarters.

Purchases made by bank transfer, bulletin, money order or cash will be refunded by bank transfer.

Purchases via PayPal will be credited back to the customer's PayPal account

For purchases made by payment by credit card, the refund will be made by transferring the transaction directly to the credit card.

In case of return or withdrawal, only the initial shipping cost will be reduced.

Annulment and cancellation of orders
Once the order has been placed, an email is sent with a summary and confirmation of the order. If within 7 working days we do not receive the payment, we will proceed to cancel the order ex officio. If you made the order, paid and still want to cancel the order before the shipping deadline has expired, please send a request email to [email protected] motivating your request and indicating your number order. Attention: in this case we apply a fixed contribution of € 30 as reimbursement of administrative and management costs. We will then proceed with the reimbursement of the amount paid by re-refunding the amount according to the method of payment: Bank Transfer / Paypal / Credit Card. Refunds for order cancellation before the expiry of the terms of order fulfillment will take place within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days from the date of request of the refund.


Priority in the Sale of Used Material
As for the products used, they are unique and have very specific characteristics. Being an online shop, our products can be reached throughout Europe also through other platforms and consequently the priority on the sale is given to those who place the order from the site or from Amazon. This means that in the event that a customer waits for information from our staff, at the same time it may happen that the product is ordered by another customer. As much as we try to be as quick as possible in satisfying your every request, in situations like these, priority is given to those who make the payment.


Taxes on the sale of used goods
The margin regime is a special VAT regime that applies to the sale of used goods and, in particular, it concerns the VAT system of the margin referred to in articles 36 and following of Legislative Decree n. 41/1995 (converted into Law no. 85/1995). The prices are inclusive of VAT and used goods will not be shown on the invoice as a different accounting regime follows. The possibility of downloading any taxes depends on each case and for details you will need to consult your accountant.


Online dispute resolution for consumers
The consumer residing in Europe must be aware that the European Commission has set up an online platform that provides an alternative dispute resolution tool. This tool can be used by the European consumer to settle any dispute relating to and / or deriving from contracts for the sale of goods and services entered into online. Consequently, if you are a European consumer, you can use this platform for the resolution of any dispute arising from the online contract entered into with the Owner. The platform is available at the following link (http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/). The Data Controller is available to answer any questions sent by email to the email address published in this document.


Exchange or sale of equipment
In the event that the transaction is an exchange or a sale, customers are asked for the condition in detail of the equipment they are exchanging. If the description does not match, a second evaluation will be made that the customer can accept or we will return the goods to the sender. In this case the sender is required to bear the shipping costs, for a total of 20 euros.
